Buy lead tokens – 

The Interio Group app gives you the feature of buying lead tokens so that you can buy any lead directly without paying for each lead manually. When paying per lead, it also takes a few minutes to process the payments, and meanwhile leads can be sold out. So to stay ahead of the competition, you can buy lead tokens and then buy leads within seconds by redeeming these tokens into leads. 

There is no minimum limit to buying the lead tokens on the platform. You can buy tokens from 1 to 150 in one go. And each token costs 400 rupees. These tokens will start decreasing automatically for every lead purchased. Also if you submit an eligible lead refund that that also be credited into your account in the form of lead tokens.

Navigate to “Your Profile” and choose the counter value to set how many lead tokens you want. It will show the total payable account in the button. Click on that and pay the amount. These tokens will be added to your account right after payment is completed. Also, you can check your remaining tokens anytime by visiting your profile. Also, the transaction is created for your reference only. 

Buy direct leads without tokens in the account

Interio Group also gives you the option to buy direct leads by paying for each lead and in this scenario, you don’t need to buy lead tokens. Here you will see the “buy lead” button below every lead. You just have to click that. If there are no lead tokens in your account then it will prompt you to the payment option to complete the transaction and make that lead yours. But this option is not recommended as it will take 2-3 minutes to complete a transaction and meanwhile, the lead might get purchased by a user having lead tokens. 

But still, we are flexible as the user wants. They can pay lead-by-lead or buy tokens in bulk to redeem for leads instantly. 

Setup lead status i.e. Working, Deal closed and Deal lost

Whenever you purchase a lead on the Interio Group leads purchase platform, it is set as “Working” but you can navigate the lead page to change the status to “Deal closed” or “Deal lost”. 

But be careful. This is a non-reversal task. Once you change the lead status from “Working” to “Deal close” or “Deal lost” then it will not change back.

You can “Add followup”, “Edit Lead”, and “Assign Team” on only leads that are in working status. 

But if you are raising a refund request on a lead then it must be set as “Deal lost”. 

On the manage leads page, where all your leads will be visible, you will get a sort filter and here you can set it for “Working” or any other options. It allows you to filter the leads as you want. 

Having built-in CRM feature to manage your leads.

When you buy a lead, it will be added to your leads section. You can open this page by simply visiting the Menu bar > Manage Lead. Here you can see the list of your purchased leads. Also, get a sort filter with options i.e. Working, Deal closed and Deal lost. 

You will get a CRM feature inside every lead, this will allow you to add your interaction with the customer. Edit that lead for requirements, budget, and location only. Also inside a lead, you get an option to “Assign Team” It will allow you to add your team member to that lead to work along. 

The “Add followup” feature gives you the option to submit the follow-up or conversation that happened between you and the customer and also gives the option to set the next date. This will you to keep track of the dealing details with each customer. When you assign a team member, then they can also submit follow-ups on those leads and you can also keep track of the sales pipeline. 

These follow-ups are only visible to the lead buyer and assigned team members, No other member, and even Interio Group can see these details. So your privacy with customers will be maintained.  

Add your outsider leads to use free CRM

Interio Group gives free CRM to all users. So that they can also list their outsider leads into the platform and these will be visible to that specific user only. These added lists will also appear inside the “Manage leads” tab in the menu bar. But marked as “SELF” below the lead details and purchased leads are marked as “PURCHASED” so this is the differentiator for each lead listing on this page. 

The user gets the same options for self-added leads to use CRM as in the purchased leads. Here you can “Add follow-up”, edit lead (limited), assign team members, and change the lead status. 

Also, the lead report feature will not be available inside user-added leads because they are not purchased through the platform and we have no liability over that. 

Assign your teammates on leads to work together on a lead

Interio Group mobile app gives you the flexibility to add your team members on a lead either purchased from the platform or added by yourself. You can simply open the lead you want to assign and click on the button “Add Team” from the top horizontal menu bar. After that, a bottom sheet will open to ask you the name of your team member and their email ID to assign that lead. Here you have to make sure that you use the same email ID that your team member used while signing up for their Interio Group app account.

Adding a teammate on a lead gives the same access as the lead purchaser has. Only assigning team members is disabled for team members. This can only be done by the lead admin.

As of now, you can add only one team member to a lead at one time. You change the assigned team member anytime you want. 

Refunds on all leads within 24 hours as per policies only

We treat all our customers equally whether they have purchased one lead or one hundred leads. The lead refund process is the same for all. 

There is a report button on top of the page when navigating to the purchased lead page. Just need to click that and a bottom sheet opens. Here you have to write your declaration about the failure of the lead. We will review your request within 24 working hours and respond to all the lead refund requests. 

Leads are only eligible for refunds if the customer does not communicate on the phone and if not looking for interior work. 

All leads are not converted into sales and that depends on the selling skills of the lead purchaser. Interio Group does not guarantee all lead closures, but we guarantee genuine customer requirements and refund with a lead token if the requirements are not genuine. 

If your refund request is eligible for the refunds then a lead token will be added to your account and you can buy a new lead from that token. And if the request does not comply with the refund policies then the request will be discarded. 

Also, you will get notified in both scenarios if refund request is approved or denied. 

Direct connect with support via the app form

Our support team always helps all the users on the app and solves queries if possible. On the support page, we have a direct WhatsApp support feature. Users can click on that and send support queries directly on our official Whatsapp number. Also, email support is enabled on another button to make it easy for users to get connected with us anyhow they want. 

Along with WhatsApp and email, a general support form is available on the app. Users can submit their queries and get them resolved. 

All these submitted queries were responded to within 24 working hours and having multiple support options doesn’t mean any of them have different priorities.
